I have had the privilege to serve my department of Biostatistics and the School in various capacities, including as a member of several committees such as the Research Council/Conflict of Interest Committee and faculty nominating committee. In addition, I have been honored to serve as an editorial board member for numerous esteemed journals within my field, as well as a member of various committees for professional organizations, such as ENAR and ASA. I have also participated as a committee member for multiple professional conferences and have served as an ad hoc reviewer and grant review panelist for NSF and NIH.

Candidate Statement

I humbly ask for your support in my candidacy for the Faculty Assembly Delegation.
If given the opportunity to represent our faculty at the delegation, I would prioritize transparency and collaboration in my approach. I firmly believe that faculty engagement is crucial to the success of our institution, and I would work tirelessly to ensure that all voices are heard and that our faculty's concerns and priorities are reflected in the delegation's decisions.
Furthermore, I would leverage my expertise to advocate for policies that support the advancement of our academic community. Whether it's promoting academic freedom, fostering a culture of diversity and inclusion, or enhancing research and teaching opportunities, I am committed to advancing the needs of our faculty.
