I am currently on Faculty Council, representing nontenured faculty from the School of Medicine. I lead a system-wide effort to align clinical care delivery across the UNC Health system emergency departments.
Candidate Statement
I have been honored to represent the School of Medicine on the Faculty Council for this term and humbly ask for your vote to serve again. My candidacy is rooted in a commitment to education, research, and service, with a vision to enhance our institution.
For the upcoming term, my focus would be two-fold:
1. Advocacy for Collaboration: I aim to foster interdisciplinary collaboration across programs and schools. By uniting our expertise, we can continue the mission for UNC as a leading public institution.
2. Faculty Well-Being: Our faculty’s success is paramount. I pledge to advocate for professional growth and work-life balance.
Together, we’ll shape our future and nurture the next generation of leaders.
