I chaired the Faculty Grievance Committee for three years and served an additional two years as a committee member. Before that, I was a member of the Fixed Term Faculty Committee. At the School of Government, I currently chair our recruiting committee and have previously chaired our diversity committee.
Candidate Statement
I believe that my experience as an employment attorney prior to joining the School combined with my work on the Faculty Grievance Committee and my School's recruiting committee has helped me develop a skill set that would be directly applicable to the matters at issue before the Faculty Hearings Committee.
