Candidate Statement
I am strongly committed to academic programs on campus being faculty-led. I believe that it is vital for tenure-track, teaching-track, and clinical-track faculty to be the driving force behind our academic policies, programs, administrative appointments, and resolution of matters related to hearings and grievances. I have a track record of working productively with faculty, students, staff, and campus leaders, and of reaching resolutions that are respectful of and responsive to their goals and feedback.
