Candidate Statement
The conferral of tenure, the midday to search and hiring’s sunrise, is one of two critical decision points contributing to excellence in the faculty. The companion tasks of rigorously evaluating appointment and promotion cases are similarly significant for an outstanding faculty. If elected, I would work diligently with my colleagues to carry out the important charge of the APT committee.
