I have served on the UNC SOM Post tenure review committee, the UNC SOM Full Professors APT committee (chair 2 years) and HSAC (Health Sciences Advisory Committee)
Candidate Statement
I have been a part of my department's promotion's process since becoming a full professor. I have served on the SOM 5 year post tenure review committee, HSAC (Health Sciences Advisory Committee) and the SOM Associate to Full Professors committee and was chair for 2 years. Promotion is an important part of recognizing and celebrating the achievements of our gifted and dedicated faculty and, if elected would do my part to continue to contribute to this important work.
