Candidate Statement
Having retired from the faculty this past year, I hope to continue my service by representing the Retired Faculty Association on Faculty Council. The members of the Retired Faculty Association possess broad and deep knowledge of the university and its workings; my aim will be to carry that knowledge to the Council. My time as Department Chair and on the university and College committees listed above give me a keen appreciation for the importance of faculty governance and also of the challenges and possibilities of administrative work at all levels. It would be an honor to serve.
