Candidate Statement
I would like to serve on the Faculty Grievance Committee as a Fixed Term Faculty Member because I will carefully consider grievances brought forward and weigh in as objectively as possible. Having been a faculty member at UNC for almost 14 years with seven of those years holding administrative positions in my department , I have helped solve issues brought forth by faculty colleagues. I would be honored to contribute to the larger University community and offer a fresh perspective as a team member of this committee. Thank you for your consideration!
