Candidate Statement
Over the past few years, I have been fortunate to be part of the Administrative Board of the Libraries advocating for the University Libraries . It has been a privilege to contribute to discussions on the efficient management of the University library system and to help shape general policies regarding collections and budgeting. As someone deeply devoted to supporting our University Libraries, I am humbled to be part of the Board presenting an annual report to the Faculty Council, where we share updates and reflections. Moreover, I act as a crucial bridge of communication, promoting interaction between the library and the faculty to cultivate a unified and cooperative academic community. My goal is to contribute to the enhancement of library services, serving as a catalyst for learning, discovery, and collaboration.
