Professor Beth Posner, UNC School of Law, has been charged by the Chancellor’s Office to provide recommendations for the future of the Carolina Women’s Center. These recommendations will be informed by the particular needs and wishes of our community as well as best practices at peer institutions across the country. To that end, she is hosting a series of small discussions with students, staff, community members, and faculty to generate ideas and gauge interest in the future of a center and programming related to women and gender equity on campus.

The dates for discussions with faculty are:

  • Friday, December 9 at 2:00 p.m.
  • Thursday, December 15 at 11:00 a.m. canceled
  • Friday, December 16 at 2:00 p.m. canceled
  • Friday, January 6 at 11 a.m.
  • Tuesday, January 10 at 11 a.m.
  • Wednesday, January 11 at 3 p.m.

All of the sessions will be held on Zoom. Registration is required (use the form below) and limited to 15 faculty per session.
