Candidate Statement
The world of higher education has changed in wake of the COVID-19 epidemic and will not return to its previous state. The epidemic has ushered in the increased use of “telelectures” and online resources; this will raise questions about the typical campus and classroom model of the university. As a candidate for the Faculty Assembly Delegation, I will draw upon my experience as a clinician, teacher, and administrator in the Department of Pathology to represent faculty interests as we meet the opportunities and challenges of the post-COVID university.
