UNC Service

Service is at the heart of my role at Gillings. As a faculty member and DUS in Health Policy and Management (HPM), I have advised and mentored hundreds of undergraduate students. I also chair our program's advisory and admissions committee, serve on the HPM executive advisory committee, and have served on multiple search committee. Within Gillings, I chaired the School's inaugural undergraduate curriculum workgroup, served as project manager for our School's most recent CEPH accreditation, and have served on the School's academic programs committee since 2016.

Candidate Statement

I have also conducted research on the the postbaccalaureate education and employment of graduates of Gillings' undergraduate public health degree programs.
