I currently serve as the Chair of the Committee on Student Conduct and am on the Honor System Advisory Committee. I am a Center for Faculty Excellence Lead Teaching Fellow and serve on the Teaching Track Steering Committee. I have co-chaired the Teaching Award Committee, served on the Promotions Committee for Fixed Term Faculty, was a member of the Core Knowledge and Practical Skills Task Force member and have served on the advisory committee to the director of undergraduate research.

Candidate Statement

I believe I can make an impact on the Faculty Executive Committee given my variety of university experiences. I have collaborated with many organizations to accomplish tasks that bring equality and efficiency to policy and processes. As a fixed term faculty member who has been at the university for a long time, I think I bring a unique perspective that would afford me the opportunity to view policy in a different light. I have brought a student centered focus to all of my past committee work and would bring my practical nature and strong work ethic to this position.
