Candidate Statement
At UNC and in the University of California system, I have been involved with appointment, promotion, and tenure cases as a department chair, and as a member of divisional and university-wide committees. I am experienced in working with differences in procedures across different academic disciplines. I am committed to work to promote our faculty's excellence in diverse aspects.
