UNC Service
Since joining the School of Social Work faculty in 2014, I have engaged in various service activities within the School and across UNC. At the School of Social Work, I have served on the following standing committees: Admissions Committee (2014-2021), Diversity Committee (2014-2018), Doctoral Program Committee (2019-2021), and Global Engagement Committee (2018-2021). I have also welcomed opportunities to serve on ad-hoc committees and sub-committees. At the University-level, I served on the Gender Violence Prevention Task Force (2015-2017) and am currently a member of the Faculty Grievance Committee (2018-2021).
Candidate Statement
Service is a core component of my professional identity and I have found it enriching to connect in service with colleagues across the University. As a current member of the Faculty Grievance Committee, I would greatly value the opportunity to serve a second term.
