I have been a member of the School of Medicine Wellbeing Committee since 2019.
Candidate Statement
I'm running because I believe in and want to be a voice in shared governance at UNC. There is a critical need for each school to contribute to discussions on long-range planning and the implementation of campus-wide and systemwide initiatives, and I want to bring a community psychology lens to these discussions. That is: how can we think of multi-level factors that affect UNC and how to do structural issues facilitate and act as barriers to progress?
