I served on the HyFlex Committee at KFBS for transitioning to hybrid teaching platform.
I was Faculty Advisor for the UBP "Cohort" program.
I currently serve on the Academic Ineligibility Committee for the MBA@UNC program.
Candidate Statement
I love teaching at UNC and connecting with students.
I began teaching at Kenan-Flagler in 2012, though the MBA@UNC program. Through this part-time venture, I quickly discovered that I had not experienced the same feeling of fulfillment in serving others since my time in the Navy. After a few years of teaching in the MBA@UNC program, I realized what I wanted to do "when I grow up", so I quit my day job in 2015 and set my career on the course of teaching full-time.
I taught at the Wake Forest University School of Business for a year and a half before joining Kenan-Flagler as a full-time faculty in 2018
Since then, my main objective has been to find ways to connect with students and help equip them for success in their future.
