Committees

Committees advise the faculty and administrators on a range of issues related to teaching, research and campus climate. A list of committees and their charges, memberships and reports are found here.

Get Involved

Nearly three hundred faculty from across the University participate in campus-wide faculty governance every year.

Faculty members serve on the Faculty Council and a diverse array of committees that take up issues such as undergraduate educational policy, promotion and tenure decisions, fixed-term faculty policies, varsity athletics, diversity and faculty welfare. We welcome faculty members to contact us at any time to express interest in service.
